Using VV1 Forms
Many documents and forms on VV1Web.com are in the standard Adobe .pdf format. Your device may already have an “App” that can manage these .pdf documents. If not, you may download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Be sure to UNCHECK any "Optional offers" before you install.
The Rest is as easy as 1,2,3
1. Fill in your Form
You will be able to fill-in or complete many of the VV1 forms right on your computer or device.
Just type in the boxes.
2. Print and Sign
Depending on your device, browser and printer you should be able to print the document so you may sign it.
Internet Explorer: Right Click on the document to get to the “Print” option.

3. Submit your VV1 Form
Postal Mail: Mail to Genesis Community Management Inc. located at 9700 Richmond Ave #160, Houston, TX 77042.
Hand Deliver: Bring documents to Genesis Community Management Inc. Here's a link to the map: Richmond at Gessner Map.
Email: Sign & scan all your documents. Forms may be sent via email to Genesis Community Management Inc. Please contact Genesis during normal business hours to obtain the correct email address for sending scanned & signed forms.
*A VV1 Pool key will only be delivered in person. Contact Genesis to make arrangements to submit your application.
