Pool Access:  You will need to pay a $25 key deposit (1 per household) and agree to comply with our Pool Rules.  Residents are limited to 2 guests at the pool.  Here is the Pool Key Application and Agreement form.  You will need to submit them in-person along with your current photo ID at Genesis Community Management Inc. Please call ahead to arrange to get your key. 713-953-0808 during regular business hours.

Renters: Renters will request their pool key from their property owner.
