Pool Access: As of 2025, access to the pool is achieved with an electronic key called a "fob". You will need to pay a $25 key/fob deposit (1 per household) and agree to comply with our Pool Rules. Residents are limited to 2 guests at the pool. Here is the Pool Key/Fob Application and Agreement form. Owners will need to submit them in-person along with your current photo ID at Sterling Association Services Inc. 6842 N. Sam Houston Pkwy W. Houston Texas 77064. Please call ahead to arrange to get your key. 832-678-4500 during regular business hours.
Renters: Renters will request their pool key from their property owner.
