About VV1
Built in 1967, we are one hundred and ninety seven homes spread across twenty square acres of lush green and majestic trees. The villages are roughly bounded by Hammerly on the south. Gessner on the East, Emnora on the North and Shadowdale on the west. Triway Lane is the divider street.
Our neighbor, Victorian Village 2, sits across Triway Lane. While both phases were built by the same company, the communities are very different. VV1 is a separate entity with its own independent management, homeowners association, services & fees.
Combined, the villages make for great walking and exercise paths. We are located just north of Spring Woods High School track & athletic fields.
In 2016, the VV1 community claims well over sixty percent owner occupancy rate with barely three percent vacancies.
