There are so many things to do when moving in to any new property!   The above items should get you started.  If you have any questions, use the Contact-Us page to reach out to our property manager  or Board members.   Board members change regularly. A list of current Board members and their contact information is published in the monthly Village Voice newsletter. You will receive this at the email address you have on file.
 

Who we are.

Victorian Village Townhouse Corporation is the governing organization for the community we call VV1.   A 9 member volunteer Board of Directors meets monthly to manage finances and oversee decisions regarding the property.  Day to day operations are managed by our contracted property management company   Genesis Community Management Inc.

Genesis handles your monthly HOA assessment payments

Your HOA monthly bill includes the Maintenance Fee, Community Service Fee, Common Area Hazard Insurance monthly premium and water submeter billing based on usage for your unit.  The hazard insurance premium is adjusted annually in July and adjustments appear in your August bill.

 

Payments can be made via Genesis Community Management Inc.'s website, auto-billed or mailed to:

Be sure to include your account number(s) and payment coupon(s) to insure timely posting of your payment.  Please include the homeowner’s last name and property address on the check. 

As a general rule of thumb, everything inside your home is your responsibility to maintain & repair.  The exterior & grounds are managed by your Homeowners Association.  Before you get started with any project, outside your door, please check out the respective governing documents.
