Parking
Parking: Please review the Parking Rules which are available in your Welcome Packet and/or from Sterling Association Services Inc. Renters should speak with your property owner to arrange completion of an Owner Approval Form available from Sterling ASI. Each townhome has two designated covered parking spots.
Each vehicle parked on the property is required to have a parking permit sticker. In order to obtain a parking permit sticker, you will agree to our Parking Rules and also provide proof of insurance, a copy of your driver's license (please mask the number for security if you choose) along with a completed Permit Application for each vehicle registered.
Parking Sticker Permits are distributed by Sterling Association Services Inc.
